Sophie's Letter to the President

We spent the Saturday that the election results were finalized celebrating with one family in Maplewood
(outdoors, socially distanced, and masked when we were not eating) and they brought out a television for us
to watch President Biden and Vice-President Harris address the nation. Fireworks exploded overhead in the
night sky. We felt hopeful and optimistic about the future! A little while after the convocation, Sophie asked us
if she could write a letter to President Biden (cropped below).
